Because Rihanna talked about Tila Tequila on a radio show stating that she saw Tila with an alcohol beverage at the AMA awards show.

First of all I think it was pretty immature for her to put Rihanna on blast. Why even stoop to her level? Very immature and wow she talked about Tila with a supposed alcohol beverage. Who in the hell cares? It's not that big of a deal. Tila comes off as very immature and childish. She will do just about anything for attention. Joined by her father Irv, Denise Richards was spotted leaving a Los Angeles, California courthouse Monday afternoon following another frustrating day of battling her ex-husband Charlie Sheen over custody of their two daughters.

According to Sheen’s attorney Fern Wender, the “Hot Shots” actor seems to be coming out on top, having retained his visitation rights with the girls. “We are very happy. The commissioner denied the majority of [Richard’s] motion. Charlie is thrilled with the result.”

Sheen’s publicist added, “Charlie only wants what is best for his young children. It is unfortunate that Richards and her attorney are trying to create a media circus to help her promote her reality television series.”

But Denise’s lawman Neal Hersh reported that his client was also pleased with the results, saying, “We are very pleased the judge took the time. We are very pleased. Denise will implement these orders and hopes Charlie will implement them. [Denise is] happy with the result. It’s all about the kids.”

Batman star Christian Bale was arrested Tuesday over allegations of assault, British media reported.

British media had reported that Bale's mother and sister complained they were assaulted by the 34-year-old actor at the Dorchester Hotel in London on Sunday night, a day before the European premiere of his latest film, "The Dark Knight."

The women made the allegation at a local police station in southern England on Monday, Britain's Press Association news agency said. It later said Bale had been arrested, citing "police sources."

Asked whether Bale was in custody, a police spokesman did not refer to him by name but said: "A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault."

The spokesman spoke anonymously in line with force policy and refused to go into more detail. British police do not name suspects before they are formally charged.

U.S.-based representatives for Bale didn't immediately return messages seeking comment. Repeated phone calls to Bale's London representative went unanswered.

The Sun newspaper said police didn't question the actor Monday because they didn't want to interfere with the premiere of the movie.

Wales-born Bale first made a splash as the child star of Steven Spielberg's "Empire of the Sun" in 1987. His screen credits also include "American Psycho," "The Machinist" and "Batman Begins."

In "The Dark Knight," Bale reprises the role of wealthy playboy Bruce Wayne and his crime-fighting alter-ego Batman, a brooding vigilante superhero still scarred by the murder of his parents.

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has launched a new charity in honor of her late grandfather - and is auctioning off a date with her to kickstart the fundraising.

The Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation is named after Cyrus’ paternal grandfather Ron, who died in 2006, and aims to help deprived children across the U.S. by providing improved health care, education and community support.

And Cyrus has taken the first step to raise money for the organization by giving fans the chance to accompany her to the premiere of her forthcoming film Bolt.

She is also auctioning off several items of clothing from her personal wardrobe.

The sale will begin on internet site eBay on Tuesday night with bidding closing on July 29th, according to Foxnews.com.

The video man – who is also a friend of the apartment owner – claimed he found out and secretly installed a hidden camera in the living room with the lens pointed at the sofa.

An arrest warrant for troubled rocker Pete Doherty was withdrawn just hours after it was issued - in an ongoing row over missed court appearances.

The Babyshambles frontman was expected to appear in court in Somerset, England on Thursday to enter a plea after allegedly attacking a female press photographer last summer.

He was charged with criminal damage to Catherine Mead’s camera lens following the incident.

But after the star failed to show up - his second missed hearing in the case - magistrates in Yeovil, Somerset issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.

However, following intervention from Doherty’s lawyers the warrant was withdrawn just a few hours later.

A spokesman for the star says, “The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn.”

The figure capped three days of eye-popping figures for the Christopher Nolan film. The highlights:

* The Dark Knight made more money in Friday midnight screenings ($18.5 million) than its predecessor, Batman Begins, made in any one day.
* The Dark Knight made more money in one day ($66.4 million on Friday) than Batman Begins made in any one weekend.
* The Dark Knight made about as much money in its second-biggest day ($48 million on Saturday) as Batman Begins made in its biggest weekend ($48.7 million).

* The Dark Knight made more money in its third-biggest day ($39 million on Sunday) than Get Smart and You Don't Mess With the Zohan, to name two recent hits, made in their respective opening weekends.
* The Dark Knight made more money in its biggest day than Hancock, WALL-E and Kung-Fu Panda, to name three recent supersize hits, made in their respective opening weekends.
* The Dark Knight made more money in its opening weekend than the previous top-three-opening Batman movies (Batman Forever, Batman Begins, Batman Returns) made in their opening weekends—combined.

About the only thing The Dark Knight didn't do was keep up the frenetic pace it set with Friday's $66.4 million blowout, a performance which set new records as Hollywood's biggest-ever opening day and biggest-ever single day.

"Some people probably stayed away [to avoid] the crowds," Exhibitor Relations' Jeff Bock said.

Bock does not think audiences will stay away next weekend. He expects The Dark Knight will become only the second movie this summer, after Iron Man, to hold the No. 1 position at the box office for more than one weekend.

"Spider-Man 3 was savaged by critics, and it fell off pretty quickly," Bock said. "I don't expect anything to happen with The Dark Knight."

Especially not with the Heath Ledger factor at play.

To Bock, The Dark Knight's box office benefited immensely from both curiosity and buzz surrounding Ledger's performance as iconic Batman foe The Joker. The role was the last completed by the young actor before his death in January.

"This is really unprecedented, an actor in a blockbuster film dying before the release," Bock said.

"Unprecedented" is one word to sum up the weekend.

"Batman" is another.

Rapper DMX has been arrested on suspicion he gave a false name to get out of paying for hospital medical expenses, US police said.

County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the star told Mayo Clinic in Arizona that his name was Troy Jones and failed to pay a $7,500 (£3,752) bill in April.

The star- whose real name is Earl Simmons - was arrested at a shopping centre in Phoenix on Saturday.

The 37-year-old's lawyer Cameron Morgan declined to comment.

Mr Arpaio said his office began investigating the charge after an animal neglect investigation last year at the rap star's Phoenix home.

In May he was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty and drug possession after 12 apparently neglected dogs were found.

Several weapons and unspecified illegal drugs were also seized by police.

Earlier this month the musician and actor was arrested in Arizona after failing to appear in court, pay outstanding fines and for driving without a licence.

The musician has sold over 20m albums as one of the most popular stars of hip-hop in the US.

The cover of his last album, Year of the Dog... Again, which came out in 2006, featured him with a pit bull straining at the leash.

He also launched his own range of dog clothing, including caps, scarves and raincoats for canines. It was named Boomer 129 after one of his pit bulls.

Denise Richards went to court Thursday, with her attorney, to ask the judge for an emergency order to restrain Charlie Sheen from their two children.

Denise, her attorney, and the judge had a closed emergency hearing today.

Apparently, Denise told the judge that there’s a serious issue in Sheen’s house that could have a bad impact on the kids. Supposedly, a “psychological impact” - so Denise wants a psychologist to evaluate things.

The college professor's foray onto the video sharing site comes just months after he pleaded with the world to get to know him - via MySpace.

"In my mind, it feels like 'Dump on Al Month,' and I'm not having fun yet," he wrote in May after joining the social networking site. "People on television, radio and the Internet have spoken disparagingly of my life, my sexuality, my career and my integrity. ... Yet, despite this intense level of provocation, I have said nothing."

Apparently, he's switched tactics: Reynolds released three videos on his YouTube channel Tuesday night in which he covers everything from his "true passion" (teaching college students) to his relationship with Jones (they don't talk, in case you're wondering).

"There are days when I'm like, 'wooow.' I still wear my ring," Reynolds says on the video, "Al Reynolds and Star Jones." "It hasn't settled in yet. I still love her."

Reynolds and Jones tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in November 2004. Jones filed for divorce earlier this year.

The videos were created to "be on honest terms and show the broader picture as opposed to most of the inaccurate and salacious coverage that's out there," Reynolds' publicist, Howard Bragman, told the Daily News. "We're very, very happy with the way they turned out."

As of now, Reynolds doesn't have any plans to do additional videos, his rep says.

Andy Dick got arrested and thrown in jail this morning for sexual battery of a 17 year old girl at a Buffalo Wild Wings. When he was caught, the cops found drugs on him. Shocking. The AP reports:

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of "an intoxicated male" urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement. When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," the statement said. Friends escorted Dick to a truck, which officers stopped at a nearby Sam's Club, police said. Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said. Dick, 42, was booked at Southwest Detention Center in French Valley on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana."

Barenaked Ladies singer arrested on drug charges

FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. - The singer and guitarist for the band Barenaked Ladies has been arrested on drug charges in upstate New York.

Police say Steven Page was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Friday in the Syracuse area.

Authorities say the arrest occurred at about 2 a.m. after police noticed a suspicious car with its driver's side door left open. They say they found Page and two women in a nearby apartment, along with cocaine and marijuana.

Barenaked Ladies' manager Terry McBride confirmed the charge to the Post-Standard of Syracuse but declined to comment further. The singer, released after paying $10,000 bail, is due in court Thursday.

Page helped form the band in 1988. The group, know for hits such as "One Week" and "Pinch Me" recently released their debut kids CD "Snacktime."
